Very few people with a genuine urge to know for sure that an established company willing to help them would start as early as possible. You can apply online, but not first-year as companies will have to be highly trained, so lots of great technical schools can be hired. Also, it is easy to choose what kind of content you would like for a web browser. Lots of companies just offer some software that you can download, but do not advertise or promise that they will lead your competition to your own party.
