I get this weird feeling that people tend to hate him and wish the other person would figure out a better way of dealing with the mentor. What do you do for those people? How hard do you figure out what they put in the middle? How are you moving forward? How are you going to stay ahead of the trend? The answer is: Get to grips with dealing with that mentor and get people to focus on the things that he has to do. Remember you’re competing with other people for what you’re really up to.
